Terms Of Service
by commissioning me you are to agree to my terms of service. please contact if there is any issues
Commissioning
Due to leading a busy life my commission slots are limited. i will be posting open slots to my telegram channel or you may contact me and ask if i have a slot. By no obligations am i to take a slot that i otherwise couldn't handle as to keep my turn around times quick and to reduce stress. Commissions may take a week to a month at best. i will be giving updates with WIPS and you may request to check up on your place. i also keep things updated in my trello. Please have a reference ready of your character. if you don't have a reference please provide a description or images of other artwork. I will do my best to work closely with you to get the design correct. strict due dates may result in an extra rush charge depending on when the art must be done
completion and refunds
Refunds are issued based on completion of the piece. i will not be refunding finished works. if you wish for a refund before i have started you will receive a full refund. if already started i will refund you for the duration of the piece already finished. for example if you ordered a fully shaded piece and i have worked to the line and flat colored you will get 50% of your money back and will get the file of the unfinished work you have paid for.
Edits
as stated above i will be giving frequent updates of the work. in sketch stages you are allowed 2 major changes (as in completely reworking the sketch) any other minor details i will fix no matter the amount. I will also be giving you a wip of the flats before rendering to check for design changes and edits. I will change as needed before going into shading and rendering.
Payment
payments are through paypal USD ONLY
payments are to be made in full through paypal before i begin work. If a larger more pricey piece i will be happy to work with you with a payment plan. otherwise all must be paid beforehand and in full.
Use
client is allowed to use works for online use works may be displayed on websites and blogs but they must provide credit. works are to not be sold and distributed as prints or sold for any profit unless otherwise discussed. I reserve the right to use any art for gallery use and advertisement. i will not take private commissions unless stated otherwise.
What I will and won't do
I will not
-draw underaged characters in any form of sexual environment
-draw copyrighted characters
-any hard fetishes such as scat, anything with child based themes or Feral NSFW
-Draw characters together without full party consent
-imitate someone else's style
-Draw your character with existing fictional character in a sexual sense.
-trace other poses. you can give me image inspiration but I will change things to make it my own

-Draw NSFW in any sexuality.
-fantasy/sifi armor and mech.
-Gore (but not in a sexual scene)
-Wings/clothes and other detailed aspects
please feel free to ask about my comfort level with any aspects
